Ok, so yesterday I went to the doctor. All went well. Lost 6 pounds since surgery, 19 in all. YEAH!!!! Not sure where I want to be weight wise but just want to be healthier. Pain is going away slowly and comes and goes but is one million percent more tolerable. Feeling a bit as if something is stuck in my throat, does anyone know what this feeling is?

Ok so yesterday got really bad with gas pains in my neck/back. I was not trying to take any pain meds but had to resort to taking them. After that, the pain went away somewhat. Today, pain in minimal. Thank goodness!! Today is my first follow up with my Doctor. :confused:

Ok home from the hospital one day. Surgery NOT bad at all. Recovery going well. Make sure to walk as much as you can for those who are going to have this surgery, it does help.:tongue2:

Well, its been a hard few weeks. I have been away on business and drinking shakes, yuck! Tomorrow is the BIG day, surgery at 2:30. So excited and scared at the same time. Looking forward to that bikini when the time is right. My family is behind me, however, my mom is scared for "surgery". Explained that this was a way to prevent future medical issues. Kids are worried but they don't say anything, I can just see it in thier faces. Husband has been great so far!! I could not have asked for a better family!! Co-Workers are so supportive. I have a great team in place for great results. Hugs all !!:thumbup:

I offically hate these shakes, they make me want to throw up. I am actually having a hard time getting them down,not sure if it is phsychological or what. Keep on Keepin on!!

Yes my husband is very supportive. I can't wait to be healthy again! How are you?
