i'm not too intense. right now i'm just on one of the bikes i've only been on it for like a half hour so far lol. but everyday that i was home from the hospital me and my mom would go to a mall and just walk around. so i've heard from other people that i'm pretty active but i like to look at it as motivated lol. i was nervous about sleeping on my belly because that's how i normally sleep but i've just been falling asleep on my back which has been fine. sorry that you are in pain that would suck. are you keeping up with your pain meds? maybe that could help?
