  1. I do have a "full sensation" it doesn't take much at all for me. As for what I've been eating.. well I got in trouble from my dr's offfice lol.. but it's all been going down fine. I'm supposed to be on clear liquids which I did the first 48 hours then on day 3 I had "mushies" - my family was doing "turkmas" so I took 1/2 teaspoon of mashed potatos, green beans, jello, etc.. and I dipped my spoon into the piles and ate that, all in all I had about 3-3.5 teaspoons of food on my plate and didn't eat 1/2 of it.. I was FULL. I did however have room for pumpkin pie later, but I didn't eat the crust. Then I went to creamy soups and yogurt, jello and a shake here and there just to keep the protein up.

     

    Today I had a zone bar, and broccoli cheese soup and again I'm FULL. Drinking water is the hardest for me. Pre-op I was drinking 100oz of water a day, it takes me about 4 hours to get through 1 16oz bottle of water.
