Hi my name is Theresa Benjamin, I am a 37 year old mom of 1 little girl. I have been interested in lap band for several years but never thought I would financially be able to have it. I have prayed and prayed. Then 2 years ago I recieved a job that had an insurance coverage that would accept me. It took me a year to go through the requirements that the insurance company required. I had my surgery on Nov 9, 2009. So this is right after my surgery. I am looking forward to learning more from those who have already been there. Since May of 2009 I have lost 42lbs.
