Wondering why in the hell did I buy vanilla shakes? I don't like to drink anything that is vanilla. ???? But it's my Breakfast so I need to drink it. I'm glad I only bought one case. Ok, time to stop staring at it and time to plug and chug, lol. Sent from my iPhone using VST

Saraboo replied to ShayLeigh's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Things I'm looking forward to: Crossing my legs Wearing heels Sharing clothes with my sisters Being in my cousin's wedding, and my best friend's wedding Having a photo shoot done Not hiding in the back for group pictures Competing in mud runs and not just walking! Being able to sit comfortably in seats Using a regular sized towel Being able to stand for more than 5 minutes without my thigh going numb Sent from my iPhone using VST -

I have a tendency after water obstacles to fall into mud. The first run I did was the Spartan Sprint a couple years ago. The last one i did I fell off of a wall, which was not so fun, lol. I did a color run a couple weeks ago. Sent from my iPhone using VST -

I found out today that I will be banned free as of April 16. I was so excited I started jumping. It's been a long time coming, at least two years. All I have left now is a sleeve class on the first, and my preop appointment on the fourth, and then I am good to go. Unfortunately, I can't take off as much time as I would like, but I usually heal very quickly. T -3 weeks and counting Sent from my iPhone using VST

I am looking forward to so many things. I had done really well with my band until it slipped, and I was the smallest I've been since jr high. I can't wait to be able to cross my legs again, and fit into the seats at the movies comfortably. And to wear heels again! Sent from my iPhone using VST

I even started shaking once I got off of the phone. The only thing I wish, is that people at work aren't going to be on vacation, so that I could have it on the ninth. LOL Sent from my iPhone using VST

I just found out that I am approved, and I am scheduled for the 16th! I actually had the option of the 9th, but there are a couple of people at work in vacation over the next few weeks. Sent from my iPhone using VST

So, my best friend talked me into a 30 day squat challenge that starts tomorrow. Do squats 3 days , one day of rest, and repeat. Each day the amount of squats you do increases. I switched it up some so that I'm starting at a comfortable number. Attached are my before challenge picture(s) Sent from my iPhone using VST

I was just curious if anyone else is working out/exercising during all of their pre-op diets and hoops that have to be jumped through. And if you do, what is your routine like? Currently, I try to make it to the gym 4-5 days a week. Usually 40 minutes of cardio, and then I switch it up strength training wise. One day upper body, one day core, one day lower, one day whole body, plus a 30 day squat challenge I started on the first. Sent from my iPhone using VST

I can say that my thighs are definitely feeling tight all day long, lol. This going up 10 squats a day is killer. Sent from my iPhone using VST
