Hey I see you have lost 66 pounds that is great! The scales are finally moving for me and I'm loving every minute of it. so how much do you have in your band? are you exersising much? How is it with your new job and finding time to work out? What can you eat a each meal for one day? As of yesterday I had a egg breakfast 7 light pringles, Turkey and cheese dog 14 pringles, half of small thin pork chop 1 tablespoon cut up potatoes and very small corn. I think I had a little much at supper though. Belched alot and when I do that it means I have went a little to far but at least no pbing. I have a total of 5cc After my fill this week. I think I may have hit my sweet spot sure hope it last. i haven't exersiced in a week but the pounds are coming off so I think I'll wait a while on starting back. I can't eat as much but it seems to be a good thing. I feel satisfied with not much and have never felt that. Before I was too tight then not tight enough loving this confy feeling.
