Its been eight weeks I have never befor in my life posted a blog so please be patient and help me if you can. I have lost about 40 pounds total and I am now in a slow, actully i feel like i'm going backwards, period I think I may need an adjustment but I don' know for sure. One day I can't take in much and the next day I feel normal. Is that normal?:biggrin:
