I am a 45 year old female who has battled weight control for a life time. I had three children and each child added a little more to me. My mother died early in life and I wanted to break the cycle of three generations that I know of. My grandmother was relly obese and died at the age of 58 due to complicatons related to her size. My mother developed colon cancer form her bad eating habits. I want to live past 65. I need to break this cycle.
