Thanks for contacting me. I did decide to have the surgery. I had it done July 8th 2009 and to date have lost 70 pounds. It was the best decision I could ever make. It sounds as if we are similar. The week before suregery before I started my liquid diet I weighed myself at 263. When I broke 200 I was so excited. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Thanks and keep focused! Nancy
