Hi Lucky, Yes, I would say that I eat whatever I want and focus on protein. Most days I don't get a lot of veggies in but I do stay on top of my vitamins and I drink a protein/fruit smoothie everyday and I add extracts of Ginsing for energy. I also try to stay between 1000 and 1200 calories but you will need to find what calorie range works for you. It amazes me everyday just how little food I now eat compared to before my band. At proper restriction, the band does work. I keep my band tight though because that is what works for me.
