I had the surgery just over 10 months ago. I've lost about 40 pounds, but I seem to have plateaued the past three months. It took a long time to get the band adjusted to where it felt like it was actually restricting food the way I thought it would...in fact, last week's fill was the first time I've actually felt that maybe I won't need another fill.
