Best of luck! it is hard being a single mom. My number one advise protect yourself and most importantly your heart. They easily get broken and sometimes very hard to repair. Wish you all the best and the God Bless u and your son!!!

Hola xpress1026, que bueno que abristes tu pagina aqui en lapbandtalk.com, aqui aprendes y te ayuda bastante, antes y despues de bandearte. A mi me va bien, mi peso no se ha movido ya tengo varios meses que no bajo, pero lo bueno es que no he subido, pero estoy contenta...yo creo que necesito hacer mas ejercicios...ya he bajado 60 libras y me siento super bien, bueno yo creo que ya para hoy debes tener tu banda, segun veo la fecha de tu mensaje y a ti como te esta empezando a ir....

i know your pain, i feel that i am being harrassed. my situation is a total 360 from yours. I was being told that i was dressing inapropriately for work now that i am overweight. i work for a healthcare comp. as soon as one of the MD's found out that i had been approved for lap band she literally pulled me off to side and told me she had denied my surgery because she thought that i was not appropriate. Suddendly, the same MD that has been complaining about my work attire and my weight (by the way she has told me that i am fat and need to loose the weight to my face) now tells me that i dont need the surgery and that i always dress appropriately and don't have any weight issues. i have thought about filing a complaint. I still have not decided.
i use NYC eyeliner, the really long pencils and in black (:
