take charge time

I decided that this is the alternative for me as I am tired of being fat and the resulting consequences. A friend had the surgery in Washington and after I researched it I thought it would work for me and I am going to Mexico so I can have it done soon and I can also afford it. I am committed to make this work for me and I started my pre-op diet today. I am hoping to gain the support I know I will need through this forum. I think we should all be proud of our efforts to take charge of our lives.
