Hey girl congrats with your weight loss you look amazing! I am in the middle of a fire academy right now to become a fire fighter, but I also just got banded about 3 weeks ago. I was wondering, what foods or supplements do you find to help you the most (as far as energy levels and muscle repair) while training?

hey! no I havnt had it yet, Im still going through all my dietary appointments, bc I have cigna and they require that 6mo dietary program. Hopefully I will be able to have the surgery in may or early june...so Im really excited! But ya Im nervous too about alot of things, but i think mostly the approval letter...because I know that the rest of it will be worth it!

hey thanks so much! ya I didnt see the 2 year requirement on there, so I got really confused why they would ask me for it in the doctor's office. He's a really great doctor, but unfortunately the office is a little unorganized...so yes that def helps me!
