    i'm doing great! I found myself straying from the written dietary guidelines that are my bible, but quickly got myself back on track! I hadn't been doing any exercise so I thought I better get that going. My thighs were starting to get GRRRRRRRRROOOOSS! The walking has been helping :) I finally had to buy new clothes, and they were 4 sizes smaller...........OOOOOOO YEA!
