I have had a weight problem all my adult life. I have struggled fo many years with one diet after the other. I joined weight watchers atleast 30 times only to fail each and every time. I am now 65 years old and need to get healthy. I do not want to get diabetes or any other disease that comes with obesity. So I feel this is the only way to accomplish getting my weight in control. I plan to do everything the program says to do. I am looking forward to my journey.
