I am interested in learning more from folks who already have either band. There is a weight loss surgery seminar I am attending tomorrow night but I want to hear stories and see results straight from the horses mouth - so to speak. For the last 4 years, i have been on atkins twice, weight watchers once and just don't get far. Atkins has proven to be the best fit for me and all of my docs say it's a good way to eat for me but I get to 180 and I stall. And I stall and STAY stalled. I exercise, walk or don't ~ it makes no difference. The scale stops. I am sick and tired of yo yoing. So I am looking at a safe alternative to help me lose, be healthy and active.
