Hey! Doing great with the workouts- LATELY. I started the Couch to 5K workout. I've kept up with it for the last 4 days in a row. That may not seem like a long time, but for me it IS! My goal is to be able to run a 5K in 8 weeks. I'm so out of shape it's pathetic.
Well I'm glad to hear you are doing well with your workouts as well. Keep it up! BTW.... I started eating solids and so far so good. Honestly, I don't even feel any restriction which worries me. But my self-control is up so I've been able to keep to my diet plan without cheating. But I'm looking forward to fills so I can feel like ever-so-lovely RESTRICTION. Anyway, good luck, and keep me updated!
