Ok i wrote what i had to say on my last page i guess i was not on the right page i have tried everything to loose weight diets lipo and now the lap band i went in 2007 at 244 pounds and 4/16/08 had the surgery lost 26 pounds so far and i am not happy with i joined the gym tried to change my eating habits i am not a big eater i work 4 UPS i am aphysical going person i am so fed up now and i don't know what to do any suggestions out there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
