After I found out why we should stick with the pre-op diet, having no issues sticking with it. The nurse yesterday said it was because the liver swells causing the surgeon difficulty when doing microscopic surgeries. Don't want him to have any issues so for the next seven days I am going to be on it like white on rice! LOL

You lost 6 lbs no matter if it is water or not it's awesome! Besides if it was water as soon as you drank some it would go back on so I bet it was fluid from the fat cells shrinking! Good luck on your journey to a healthy lifestyle!
