    Hey Shonette, You sent me a message and I just wanted to let you know that my weight loss is good. I am down 31 pounds since pre-op, 20 since surgery. VERY SLOWWWWWW... Doctor is happy, and I have to admit, I am happy even though I feel disappointed when I compare my loss to what others have done. That's okay though, this is MY journey and the way I'm choosing to lose, is MINE to own!
