Hi Shonette - Thanks for sending the message again. I relate to you saying how it's sad to see how many people are just not concerned with anything other than themselves. I'm glad to see there are people like you in the world, too. It's almost too much to comprehend everything that's happening in Haiti.

On a way different note, have you been banded yet? I was banded August 11 and have lost about 50 pounds. I'm so very grateful to be getting my active lifestyle back again.
