Ok, waiting for my BCBS of Illinois to approve my surgery is getting discouraging, so much back & forth, this & that... ; (

Im still waiting for approval girly, I hope it comes soon, he seems like a nice surgeon, my friend had her surgery last week, she had the pressure in her chest also, she said it was so bad that she thought she was having a heart attack. I will pray for you to get a fill, because I know its hard, trust me I know. I am going to keep up with your weight loss & as soon as I have my surgery, I will be sure to post!

I have bcbs of illinois, I was told that the 1st year of fills were covered so I guess don't worry! Good Luck!

I don't think you are suppose to be able to eat a lot but everyone's body is different, I am so scared about the process, were you in a lot of pain afterwards?

I'm so nervous, about the whole procedure, I will definitely take the pain medicine. When do you expect to return to work?

Are you in a lot of pain?

I know someone with PPO, but not HMO, but she has a lot of factors high blood pressure, diabeties, & some circulation problems. I don't have any of those but my BMI is 42.

I have so many questions, I have bcbsil also I went to the doctor last monday, & my info was submitted they did change their guidelines. How was the surgery, and the pain? How are you doing so far?

What Kind of insurance do you have? I live in Illinois & I have blue cross blue shield HMO. Your insurance seemed to approve you quickly.
