so how is it going, i am scedule to be banded dec 9th, i am so scared of the week after. I hear all these stories oh how awful they felt. I pray that mine is not so bad. U look great, keep up the work. -
i started my pre-op diet yesterday, and i am trying to hang in there. First 3 days 3 shakes, liquid and jello, last 10 days 2shakes and a small garden salad with FF dressing.

HI, I am farely new to the sight, but I will be getting banded on the 9h of Dec. I am a little scared but excited. My biggest fear is the port area. I will keep all you of you in prayer.

i Have the same problem, but i did tell my husband my mother, and 2 close friends. You need to let someone know just to be on the safe side. I am just waiting on my insurance approval. I havent even told my boss, but once my insurance approves it i will let him know because i will need days off. GOodluck. keep me posted

I have not had the lapband done yet, but i am on my way. There are people that tell me you dont need to have it done, u just need to work out. I dont talk about it to anyone to anymore I am just going to wait untill I do it and then they will know.
