Tomorrow I have list of appointments in anticipation of my 11/24/09 band surgery. I start with a 3 hour band class, then a diet education class (for liver shrinking preop diet), surgeon consult, and finally psyc eval. I'm a little nervous about the changes that are coming. How hard will it be to change my habits? How much of what I currently do is an emotional response? I will soon find out...
