pre-op n post-op lost 15lbs since november 24th surgery.then the weight lost stopped. What is bandster hell? now im getting discouraged, I can basically eat whatever with no restriction. My 1st fill is mon dec 21st hopefully the weight loss will start again especially since I will have the clear 2 start excersing per doc order. do u think the 1st fill n exercise will help?

If u over eat how do u know if u stretched ur pouch, are there any signs??? :T(

Y am I at a stand still? ok Im on mushies n im hungry, yes Im drinking my sugar-free drinks n Im really trying 2 get my 64oz of water n but its so hard. I never been a big water drinker n my 1st fill isnt until the 21st. Im drinking a protein shakes 4 breakfast nt hungry at lunch drinkin until its time 2 eat dinner i had 2 scrambled eggs with cheese. im trying 2 get my protein n but im still falling short n nt losing. i cnt start exercise until the 21st per doc order. any suggestions?

oh I am walking I go to the mall and stayfor hrs and just be moving. so Im definitely getting my walk on

can u share an example of ur diet or what u eat on a daily basis? Im getting ready for my 1st fill on the 21st of dec andI will start working out jan 4th thats when my clases starts. people say hat Im in bandster hell right now because I was banded on the 24th of november and I lost about 15lbs but nothing since. my weight loss is at a stand still so Im tryingo get some ideas on what teat that may help my weigt loss a success as well. pleaserequest me as a friend so that we can keep in touch and you can help me along the way

yes sweety the pain is normal. I had surgery november 24th n I thought just bc i only stayed n the hospital overnite that i wouldnt b n a lot of pain, boy was I wrong. Its still surgery n we have 2 realize that things have 2 heal, n go bk n place, n our stomache has 2 get use 2 this foreign object the band. so just take it easy n take ur meds. n time the pain will cease. wishing u a speedy recovery n kip touch. :mad2:)

hi gary u r doing great. i only been banded for 2weeks n havent got a fill yet. i dnt have a clue how 2 count calories but im willing 2 learn n im getting my 1st fill dec 21st n im going 2 wrk out as well. can u tell me what u are eating n what exercise i should start out doing. dnt go 2 hard on me gary. im just lookin 4 help n support so i can b successful

I had surgery on the 24th n the day after i was sore as hell espicially where the port was. n dnt 4get u will have gas pain so I dnt suggest that u drive
