I admit, I’m a little scared going under…such as life what other way could they do it, I well follow up with you on my recovery, if you do not mind. I am going for Pre-test the end of Nov, a then surgery in December once again thank you.

Hi there! My recovery was kinda hard but not because of the actual surgery. I tried to do too much too soon and hurt myself. Just stick to the diets that are given to you and walk, walk, walk... you have to keep moving to get rid of all of the gas pain that you will have. Take the pain meds that they prescribe it will help your body heal you are going to need the rest. Take enough time off from work... that was my mistake.. I went back too early and ended up on mandatory doctor ordered half days. I am new at this, but I have finally come across someone whom I could actually say no shame in the game. By looking at your picture with that little person next to you gave me a since of sincerity. You look great, keep up the good work. However, I will be having surgery next month, and wanted to know how the recovery was? I talk to the doctors, and my nutritionist I just feel is not the same as talking to someone who had it done, the experience.
