Basically got information for about a year, then went to the seminar and went thru all the steps, got approved the first time around, got surgery on July 7th 2008, and have to date (Nov 7th '09) lost about 90 lbs. Haven't followed my diet like I should or excercised like I should either, but hope I'll get motivated to help myself more...that's my 2010 New Year's Resolution, anyway!
