How are you? Did everything go well at the Dr. today? I was seen by the PA. I had no I dear that they had to remove my stitches today. I was told I was loosing two pounds a week so that is right on target. I was told JUST DO MUSHY'S for two more weeks. I'm ok with that. I did tell them that I jumped to soft food early.
