I am 49 years old and live in Europe.  I have a very active, happy and successful life.  I have a young son and want to be active and travel with him for many years to come.  I have gradually gained weight over the last few years and with every failed attempt, I sink deeper and deeper into the "fat trap."  I have found that my obesity is limiting my ability to participate in many things that I normally enjoy because of my own low self esteem.  I REFUSE to be trapped any longer!  I am taking my life back.  Not just for my son and family, BUT FOR ME!!! I will be fabulous and 50 next year!  DC
