Hi! Congrats on losing 60lbs already that's amazing!!! The key is sticking to your diet and exercise!!! I workout 5 to 6 times a week! I love it! As a matter of I'm going to start teaching Jazzercise soon! U need to find a workout that you look forward to doing. If you like to dance...I would really look into Jazzercise, it works your whole body!! Best of Luck to You! =)
