    Does anyone know the cheapest way to get from the airport to Dr. K's office AND BACK? I am flying in and out the same day for my fill and would rather not rent a car (unless it is much cheaper). ANy ideas for me?

    I've been reading these threads for several weeks now. I finally made the decision to go ahead with the lap band surgery. I would love to hear from people who had their surgery with Dr. Kirshenbaum in CO. Also, I would love to hear from people who had lap band surgery several years ago to see how you are doing now.
