Im 28 years old and have been fighting obesity problems my entire life. I can remember being about 17 years old and telling my mom that I'd give someone a million dollars if I could just change my body. I have tried so many diets, and have had successes, but they seem to follow with a severe rebound that was putting more weight on than was lost. I'm ready to start to change my life and I feel like this can be the tool to help. I am excited to change to a more healthy person both, body and mind.
