I think, that is from memory of 11 years ago, that my lapband waa easier. But, I did have gas pain from the lapabnd surgery. My advice for both is to walk as much as possible. I learned from someone, who had stomach surgery many years ago, to walk as upright as possible, too! best wishes on healing from both! Karem -

PBing isn't violent, but if I have to, at least, I can't stop it. I have had to have the car pulled over so I could get out to do it. Sometimes, its just alittle, usually PBing is a lot of phlem coming up!
