Just starting my weight loss story. Surgery scheduled NOV 18. Have been overweight all of my life, literally, I weighted over 12lbs at birth! After watching my mother suffer/struggle all these years, I finally decided I would take control of my weight now. I don't want to wait until I too need multiple open heart surgeries. Watching my children begin to develop the same bad eating habits really worries me too. I so grateful to have a loving husband who supports me always. So cheers to New Beginnings!
