I have struggled with my weight since I was in high school. I tried several ways to lose the weight from Weigh Watchers to Jenny Craig to slim fast to Dr. Atkins. The outcome was the same, I would lose 20-40 pounds only to gain it back plus some. I decided after having my son that it was time to do something permanent. I want to do things with my children and have more energy to keep up with them. Now I am on my way to accomplishing that.
