Protein shakes are making me nauseous

I use Atkins Advantage and love them. I have 2 more days of all liquids......including my pre-op (which was 3 shakes and a smart one) it will be a total of 3 weeks and 2 days on liquids. I am SOOOOO done with it but I just started feeling this way. I can not wait til Friday AM and I can add in my mushies. Hang in there even tho it's tough, the end result is all worth it......PROMISE! -

So I got sleeved on 3/9 and I have to say this is nothing like I was expecting. I have been virtually pain free, except for the gas. Walking isn't bad, it actually feels good. I hope all my other March sleevers have as easy of a time as I have! Good luck to all those waiting.

What to take to the hospital?

Robe and chapstick are good!!! I also brought my laptop (they had free wifi) and cell phone....and chargers for all those things. Robe was most important, I felt more confortable walking the halls....less exposed -
Those thoughts are COMPLETELY normal! I was thinking the same thing. I made the 2 week diet why can't I do this on my own but then I thought of all the times I failed and remembered why I made this decision. I did good 'nerves' wise til I got to the hospital, that's when the OMG of it all hit me....LOL Listen to your instructions and you will do great. Good luck can't wait to hear about your update.

Oh yes the gurgling is driving me NUTS. I burp with almost every sip. I'm being told this gets better.

I was sleeved in the states. I got really nervous once I got to the hospital but this has been easy. Don't stress you will do fine.

Tomorrow is my big day!!!! The hospital just called to confirm my time to be there and I guess my surgery got moved up cause I have to be there for 10 now instead of 11. I will totally tak an hour earlier! I can not wait to be on the losers bench. Today is also day 14 of my pre-op, I am only all liquids today. Thanks for all the support and answers, Can't wait to see you all from the losers bench!!!!

The date on my letter was just because they had to put something on the paperwork I was told. It wasn't when I was actually scheduled, until the approval cam thru they wouldn't schedule but the Ins Co needed a date to process. So they made one up. Congrats on the approval! -
