It still sounds like you don't have enough fill. Here's the test...eat what your doc tells you for solid protein + the total extras (veggies, fruit, etc.)...for me that means 3-4 oz. of solid protein first and up to 1- 1.5C of food per meal...if you are TRULY hungry before the next meal then you need a fill. Period. The Band is there to keep you SATISFIED between meals, not 'full' and not 'to stop you from eating more'. Best wishes and I hope your meeting with the Doc went well! Keep in touch! BG
