  1. I have so many poisons it not even funny. I've been trying to be good, & wean myself to a low carb, high protein diet before I have to start the Optifast, so it won't be so hard once I have to do it. I've even started having a high protein shake as my breakfast, since that's what I'll have to do post op. BUT-my schedule is hectic, and my hubby is NOT helping-he keeps telling me all these places we should eat at before I can't anymore! I'm just like "SHUT UP!!!" I'm not a big buffet person, but I do love me some carbs. And fried appetizer things. It's hard to stay on track, but I keep telling myself once I am strong for a solid two weeks it will get better. If I can commit to a diet for two weeks, I'm just fine. But it's the longest two weeks of my life each time! And I'm trying to change my mindset that this is something I'm going to be doing for the rest of my life, so I better get used to it now. Easier said than done, but I'm trying. Just hang in there. We can do this!
