    I had surgery 5/17/07 & lost 105 pounds in the first 6 months. My beginning weight was 340, before surgey it was 330. I have gain and lost any where from 10 to 20 pounds since then. Now I weight 240 and hope to start back on my weight loss journey.

    Hi, I'm new to the group, I have not written a blog yet. Wasn't sure what to write, alittle new to online blogging. I read yours first. The soreness will get better. For your fill, do not eat 1 hour before and for the next 24 hour liquids. That's what I was told. And I have had no problems after a fill.
