My first fill was 3.5 cc . I still do not feel any restrictions at all . so my next fill should be better. the first fill should be between 2cc and 4 ccs

Hi jen hope u r doing well. I had my first fill 1/8/2010 and i am doing well. Lost 19.4 lbs. A little disapointed. But its is going to be okay . So did u get ur forst fill yet. And how is it going.

I am not sure how much i lost going to the doc on thurs my kids were out of town so I was by myself .it is strange not eating anything on thanksgiving. but i had protein shake mix withstrawberrys. are u having a hard time going to the bathroom . only went twice since the xsurgery .took a week.

:lol:Man its trying .I work inthe icu at a hospital in Atlanta and i lost a patient how also did the banding .She went home and ate and perforated her stomach and she died ..But now i realize what she was feeling ,because food is ever where . even food u dont normally eat looks good but u just have to stay strong . i drink 2% milk and juice with my protein shake .tastes like chicken wings to me laugh . want to loose 100 lbs. so far 8 lbs. Just think next week soft soft.
