Hi Twin! how are you doing? I just got on finally! My puter was trippin' hard last night. Just got to friend ya! I need to talk with you. I messed up big time and am worried. Found out that I had jumped the gun on everything and my fill day isn't until the 26th. I wasn't suppose to be off mushy. I am so worried. My stomach has been sore some and making weird noises. Have I caused damage?

I get my first fill this week and am excited. I got banded on 10/16 and have lost 20 pounds already!

The entire staff is so supportive and you can never ask a dumb question or get on their nerves.
