I played football through college. I have weighed 220 pounds. After college I put on weight & went up to 300 pounds but was still very active. In the last 10 years I have put on another 120 pounds. At 420 pounds I found my weight having a negative impact on my personal & proffesional life. I was rapidly becoming shut in at home. After 2 years of trying to manage my weight by diet & excercise I was desperate for a tool to help me with the hunger. After much soul searching I decided on lap band.
