Hey Bermuda.. Thanks for the advise you left on my page. I will definately take note of all the suggestions. I found you on the thyroidism group members list. I had no one on my friend list prior to now. I have 3 months left on my 6 month supervised diet requirement and I thought " ya know, it's time to be more active on the forum".
