I could tell right at the doc's office after the fill. He has us drink a cup of water before we leave and with my last two fills I could feel the water gurgling through...on my last one it was actually making gurgling sounds. Like I said, I'm sure I COULD eat more (the band doesn't stop me from eating more and I don't feel 'full'), but at right around 1 cup I'm satisfied and not hungry until the next meal.
