Left side pain underneath Rib Cage...

Hi everyone. This is my 5th day into lapband surgery. Today I have experienced pain in my left side underneath my rib cage. It only hurts when I walk around or breath in heavy. Kind of like a side stitch. I first thought that it was maybe because I drank to much water and that it would go away, but it's still here after 4 hours. Should I be concerened? Has this happened to anyone else? -

Thank you so much. It does feel much better today so I think you might have been correct that it's gas. Or like someone else said it could just be the swelling too. Today I am feeling the stitches inside pulling a little. I guess it just takes time to heal. -
