Have you been exercises? I promise that is why I have lost so quickly. I work out at least 4 days a week. Have you had a fill? Do you eat alot of slider foods? When it's my time of month and I have the munchies really bad, I have a tendancy to eat alot of slider foods and can't seem to ever be satisfied.
