I've been dealing with my weight all my life. I saw an ad for the Realize Band, found Dr Jessee's name. I went to see her, my insurance wouldn't pay for it, we did. My husband is very supportive of this. We have been married 38 years. We have 3 children,plus 3, and 4 grandchildren. For the first time I feel I can do it. I don't has if I chose the easy way out because you still have to do the work. You have to watch what you eat, the amount and type, you have to excerise, so its not the easy way.  It's another tool you can use, just like people use formal support groups, it's a helper. The day of my surgery was the beginning of a new journey and pathway. I hope everyone who begins this journey takes the time to enjoy each stage along the way, to ask for help when needed, and take time to enjoy the new you. Take care
