I'm going into get a fill tomorrow...I really need one! Starting to go back to the gym as of tomorrow also. I haven't been since the beginning of February! Good luck this week everyone!!

Hi Jenn and Food Stamp Champ!! I've just been doing so-so for the past month. I haven't lost ANY weight, but I have lost inches. It's just so frustrated not to see a change on the scale. Then I get discouraged and I don't follow all of the rules. I promise to start anew on Monday and get back to the gym too. This is hard work!!

Raynie I agree with Sonia...go see your mom!! Thanks for the welcome back everyone. I really need to get back on track. The past 6 weeks have been so crazy for me. Once I get through this weekend March will be much calmer for me. I NEED to get back to the gym!! I still haven't weighed myself...but I'm fitting in smaller clothes so that's a good sign. I've got to work hard to meet the Easter challenge!

Hey everyone...I'm back!! I'm exhausted and afriad to weigh in since I ate pretty crappy and drank more than I should have during my conference. Next week I should be back to normal and back to the gym! :girl_hug: More tomorrow...time for bed. PS: Raynie your daughter is SO cute!!!

I'm tired of being on the road!! Once next week is over my life will be back to normal. And I have to work in Orlando, so it's not that exciting. I'll miss everyone!

Hey everyone...I'm going to Orlando until March 7 so I'm not sure how often I will be able to log on. My weight hasn't changed!! And I've been pretty good this week...maybe if I don't weigh myself for the next few days I'll be surprised. I need a change!

I think it just depends on the surgeon. I got my first fill 6 weeks out.

I do fine with corn tortillas, but no flour. Tortilla chips on the other hand go down fine.

I don't know anyone in San Antonio...but I wanted to welcome you to LBT. Be sure to read everything and ask lots of questions. Good luck!

My doc say liquids for the rest of the day (doesn't have to be clear), mushies the next day, then slowly start with solids. My doc is kind of conservaitve with fills...I've had 4 so far. And I go about 2-3 weeks between fills. I'm just now starting to feel a good level of restriction, but I could use a bit more. The pain you're feeling in your chest is restriction! I get it when I eat too fast or take a bite that's too big. Just be sure to chew, chew, chew!

I reacted exactly the same way after surgery. I had a lack of energy for about 6 weeks and then it started getting better. Part of it is the anesthesia, part of it is lack of calories and you're still healing. Every day you'll start to feel a little bit better. Take care!!
