Im a month post op and im not loosing

Im not to impressed with my sleeve im 3 weeks post op im hungry, i havnt lost much either

I started eating at day 7. Cottage cheese is awsome, went right down

I cant do it either

I feel my sleeve contract and relax all the time its a bit uncomfortable do yall feel that and will it go away Im 6 days post

By reading these boards and all the questions people ask. Its like they didnt get the information like i did. No straws ever no soda ever its a lifelong commitment.
